这个463错误描述应该是 Cargo Control Number (CCN) (Empty or Export) /Supplementary Reference Number/Conveyance Reference Number / Reference Identification

这个是指发送的CCN提单号已经存在了，这一票这一次的发送选项是不是add/orginal啊？

两种情况：

1>要么是这一票的提单号之前用过了，你查一下系统中的历史发送记录；

2>要么是这一票之前你发送过了，现在你想修改，但发送选项错了；即修改时应该为change/modify/amend这种选项，而你选择了add/original。 还有一种可能，就是你在提交后，按了F5刷新页面，这个会导致舱单提交两次

我是按了F5刷新了下。。现在怎么怎么呢？
