在装船前24小时（实际操作中船司要求装船前48或72小时），作为货代我们必须要完成AMS子舱单的申报工作。那么AMS申报成功标识是什么呢？具体要得到以下三个回复：

1. AMS子舱单得到ACCEPT/OK标识，意思为我们提交的AMS已通过美国系统的验证；
   
2. 得到1Y标识：表明货代的子舱单与船司的主舱单匹配，即船司已发了主舱单并与我们发送的子舱单匹配；
3. 得到3Z标识：表明货代的子舱单与ISF匹配，即进口商需要发的ISF已发送并与我们的子舱单匹配；

以下为1Y和3Z的具体英文解释：

1Y: MVOC-NVOC Bill of Lading Match, Generated to NVO when the SCAC and bill number transmitted by the NVO in the B04 record matches that of the contract carrier (MVOC).

3Z: Importer Security Filing on File, Generated as a result of an accepted Importer Security Filing. An advisory message indicating that the Import Security Filing has been accepted for this shipment.

注意：在装船前24小时，必须得到这三个标识，不可强行上船， 否则CBP是很有可能开发5000美元罚单。 在中美关系差时， CBP通常会以迟发的名义开出5000美元的罚单。
